1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Peptik mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What Peptik is
Peptik is a personal logging and organization tool that lets you record substances you choose to track, including doses, schedules, cycles, and notes. It is intended purely to help you keep an organized personal record.
3. Not medical advice
Peptik is not a medical device and does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare advice. The App does not recommend substances, dosages, protocols, or sources, and nothing in the App should be interpreted as encouragement to use any substance. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding substances you track. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using Peptik, you represent that you meet this requirement.
5. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including any laws governing the substances you choose to track.
- You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
6. Subscriptions, billing & trials
Peptik offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
7. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, branding, and content (excluding the data you enter), is owned by Peptik and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders and notifications will always be delivered on time. You use the App at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App, including any health-related decisions or outcomes connected to substances you track.
10. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator, Hicham Badri, resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
